These terms cover your use of NutriLife. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
1. What NutriLife is
NutriLife is an information and planning website. It offers recipe ideas, a meal planner, a calorie calculator, a nutrition lookup tool, health tips and games.
NutriLife is not a medical service. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace a doctor, pharmacist or qualified nutritionist. If you are pregnant, managing a health condition, taking medication, or worried about your health, please speak to a qualified professional.
2. Your account
- You need an account to use the features. Keep your password to yourself.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- One person, one account. Please do not share or resell access.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use a paid plan.
3. Plans and what they include

A higher plan includes everything in the plans below it, so Pro includes Plus.
4. How payment works
- Paid plans are paid by bank transfer to our OPay account. The account details and the exact amount appear on screen when you choose a plan.
- Nothing renews automatically and there is no card on file. A plan runs for one month from the date we confirm your payment, and does not renew unless you pay again.
- After transferring, you upload a screenshot or PDF of the receipt. The plan is switched on once we have checked it, usually within a few hours.
- Pay with the same email address you sign in with. A receipt sent from a different address cannot be matched to your account and we may not be able to apply it.
- Send the exact amount. Short payments cannot be applied and cause a delay.
- Each transfer reference can only be used once.
5. Changing or cancelling
You can move to the Free plan at any time from the plans section on your dashboard. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews by itself.
6. Refunds
Because a paid plan gives you a month of access immediately, and because the information in NutriLife is free to browse without a plan, we cannot offer refunds on a plan that has already been used.
If we have not activated your plan, or we activate the wrong plan, or you transfer the money in error and tell us promptly, we will put it right. Email nutrilife58@gmail.com and we will look into it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or someone else's rights.
- Upload malware, or anything unlawful, to our payment or account systems.
- Scrape, overload, or try to break into the site or its accounts.
- Resell, share or give away paid access.
- Use the nutrition tools to make claims about your health that they cannot support.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
8. Your content
The meals, notes and other things you add to your planner stay yours. You give us permission to store them and to show them back to you so the tools work. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
9. Our content
The NutriLife name, design, text, code, recipes and tools belong to us. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy or resell them commercially without written permission.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or retire features. If we retire something you have paid for, we will refund the unused part of your month. We may also update these terms; we will change the date at the top of this page.
11. No warranty
NutriLife is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose — in particular, any medical or dietary decision.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of NutriLife, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may end the agreement if you break these terms. If we end it for your breach, no refund is due.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
