Privacy Policy

This policy explains what NutriLife collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short on purpose.
Who we are
NutriLife is a nutrition website operated by NutriLife. If you have a question about this policy or your data, email us at nutrilife58@gmail.com.
What we collect
Account information
When you create an account we store your email address, the display name you chose, and your account password (in a form only our authentication provider can read — we never see or store the password itself). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name from Google.
Your subscription
We store which plan you are on (Free, Plus or Pro) and when it changed.
Payment records
Paid plans are activated by bank transfer to our OPay account. When you send us a receipt, we store a copy of that image or PDF, the plan you paid for, the amount, and the date. We never see or store your bank account number, PIN or card details.
Information you put in the app
Meals you add to the meal planner and the nutrition details you look up are saved so the tools work. This stays linked to your account.
Technical information
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the requests needed to load the site, including your IP address. This is standard for any website.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your bank account number, PIN, card number or CVV. We do not sell your data. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To let you sign in and use the features your plan includes.
- To confirm a payment and switch on the right plan.
- To keep your meal planner and lookups working between visits.
- To answer your questions and fix problems.
Who can see your data
Only the NutriLife administrator. Our authentication provider (Supabase) and hosting provider (Cloudflare) process data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone else.
Payment receipt visibility
A receipt you upload is visible to you and to the person who reviews payments. Admins open it through a private link that stops working after a few minutes, and the receipt is never published at an address anyone could guess.
How long we keep it
Your account and plan for as long as your account exists. Payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and to settle disputes. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account, your plan and your meal data, and we delete your payment receipt image from our records.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your account and your data.

Security
Your password is never visible to us. Sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies that scripts cannot read. Receipt images are stored privately and are never served from a public address. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not treat your data carelessly.
Children
NutriLife is not aimed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use NutriLife after a change means you accept the updated policy.
